Adulting Is Hard is specifically designed for previous clients - both owner and dog - who need focused support with new challenges, changing routines, or behaviors that have resurfaced over time. These personalized training sessions provide an opportunity to address specific concerns, reinforce previous training, and develop practical solutions tailored to your dog's current needs. Whether you're working through stubborn habits, refining existing skills, or adapting to a recent life change, each session is customized to help you and your dog move forward with confidence. Training is based on positive reinforcement methods and takes into account your dog's personality, learning style, and unique circumstances. Many families find these sessions helpful for maintaining progress after previous training, overcoming setbacks, or receiving guidance on issues before they become more difficult to manage. Together, we'll build on your dog's strengths while creating strategies that support lasting success at home and in everyday situations. • Training Session Attendance Policy The dog’s owner must be present for all training sessions. Family members and other regular caregivers who participate in the dog’s daily routine, such as a spouse, child, or dog walker, are welcome and encouraged to attend so everyone can learn and apply the same training approach. Please provide the expected number of attendees before each session so there is enough time and space for everyone to practice. There is no additional charge for attendees. Unless otherwise arranged, sessions will take place at the client’s home to help the dog learn in a familiar and comfortable environment.
